ENVIRONMENTAL TECH: Newport, Lincoln City, North Bend, Corvallis, Monmouth, and Dallas

Environmental Tech is one of the industry names for custodian, janitor, or cleaner usually used in the health care industry. At Associated Cleaning our cleaners are very important, they are responsible for getting the job done, they are our eyes when we may not be able to be at the account, and they are the front line in successfully completing a service. If you’re a hard worker and want a stress-free job, this is the place. Most staff after training receive twice-monthly reminder letters and monthly inspections to help you stay on track and the rest of the time you are on your own allowing you time to be at peace completing your task. Because you are on your own it allows you flexibility as to when you start and how you complete your day.

Supervisors daily interact with employees and on occasion with customers.

WINDOW TECH

A Window Tech is a great job for those who like to move around, have some customer interaction and be outside a lot. A Window Tech is trained on the different methods of professionally cleaning glass and mirrored surfaces and provides those services in businesses and homes around Oregon. Window Techs work days and some work weekends. Window Techs sometimes receive tips.

Techs must be neat in appearance and smelling good, work well with customers, be reliable, and usually must have a valid driver's license.

May be cross-trained in carpets, floors, and cleaning as sometimes it is easier to send one person to do it all instead of a person for each task.

The next step for any Tech is usually to Tech Lead but there is the option for some of the night positions which have great growth opportunities and the ability to learn more about the company for those who have a long term interest in the company.
