A Hard Floor Tech is a great job for those with attention to detail and the ability to do what is needed. A Hard Floor Tech should be physically fit, active, and can efficiently perform any cumbersome task.  Most Hard Floor Techs work nights, weekends, and holidays. 

Tech's must be reliable, clear background check, and must have a valid driver's license.

The next step for any Tech is usually to Tech Lead but there is the option for some of the night positions which have great growth opportunities and the ability to learn more about the company for those who have a long term interest in the company.
