An ACS Office Assistant is a job that can be full of different tasks and changes. Office Assistants help in processing phone calls, emails as well as helping with core processes such as AR/AP, Payroll. Assistants also have the ability to help with schedules, training, bidding, contract preparation and such. An Office Assistant needs to be able to do all of a receptionist's duties as well as being able to make decisions on their own and jump on task without needing direction. Some required skills would be typing, basic computer skills and internet skills.
